Julian is a faculty member at Parsons School of Design and holds an MFA from Cornell Art, Architecture, and Planning. He writes about and develops architecture in New York and Europe.

Julian serves on the Board of Directors for Light Work and directs an art residency. His attorney work has focused on civil rights and business.
